The truth is everything we accuse the Muslims of doing, we in the West – Christians, pagans, and atheists alike – are also guilty of doing. We are hypocrites when we pretend pagans are less repressed than Christians or that atheists are somehow more humane than Islamists.

As a matter of course, I do not like generalizations as they are not constructive. If you think that this is a predominant feeling, perhaps you can write about it and show when and how it happens.

I think that's a bit irrelevant to the topic at hand. While I agree that it's easy to blame islam for many of the things that go wrong, it is not "everyone" who points their fingers at them. I personally try to point my fingers at them when finger pointing is deserved.

interesting post, it is true that the abrahamic religion will only cause frustration to the mind and body. how can one remain loyal to such a doctrine is beyond me…or NOT ! like i mentioned in a previous post, FEAR is the key and the ultimate weapon. ultimate fear- fear of eternal punishment beyond the grave

islamism is indeed a very restricting religion and ignorance holds the ruling place in some arabic countries. however, it is this way because, of all three abrahamic religions, is the most STRICTLY ENFORCE and it is done according to the qur'an. It is the religion that follows its holy book the most. from this aspect, their leaders are the less hypocritical. i guarantee that if christianity would do everything according to the bible, it would be the same.

but no one has anything to say about Israel and its terrorist policy in its neighboring territories . no one points out that Israel is a theocracy and its people are indoctrinated into believing that they are fighting for "god's holy land, that it is rightfully theirs " and that the needs and lives of their islamic neighbors are irrelevant, since , after all, they are gods chosen people, so they are doing its will.
zionism is as bad, even worse than islamic dictatorship, because it has infinitely more power and more appeal to the public, and it presents Israel's terrorist policy in the middle east as just, acceptable, within the laws of human rights.
of course, everyone who has anything to say about judaism is immediately labeled as "anti-semit" , even if criticising it as a religion is just like criticizing any religion and being against Israel's government is the same in terms of freedom of speech as being against, let's say, the US government and its policy in the middle east, or the chinesse government and its deeds .
