Actually an enjoyable Bill Maher!

I did enjoy the debate, and just shows how insecure many Christians are in their beliefs when someone challenges them.

WOW that "entertainer" was annoying. It was kind of annoying that the whole debate ended up centering around Manson instead of the issue at hand, and ended up being a shouting match where Lakita just yelled about how righteous she was and how horrible everything not Christian was and that condoms have holes in them. Seriously? There has been significant evidence to prove that intact, properly fitted, and properly USED condoms ARE highly effective in preventing HIV. The percent error does not have to do with "little holes that are too small for sperm to go through but large enough for HIV" but primarily improper use, breakage, etc.
And seriously, its great that you were abstinent for almost 40 years, but not everyone is YOU. You want to talk about Love for everyone or whatever, then how about start with some basic respect for other people's life choices?
And WHY was the whole show about Manson and Lakita, the other people said like two things!

Yeah, it was kind of sad the debate derailed pretty quickly, and that the other two people hardly said anything. And like Anath said, condoms are effective against STDs. I thought it pretty naive of Lakita and the bald guy to think that teenagers simply won't have sex. The US being at the top of teenage pregnancies list speaks volumes.

Yes, the whole debate is very stupid, but I was laughing so bad over Lakita, especially when she started about the small holes in condoms, and the best comment was most likely when she started going on about Manson not being Christian or even Christian-like, and then got completely silent when she got the countercomment that "he may have more Christ in you than you have" XD Surprised you didn't know about this show Anath? About condoms, it is now widely known that they are the bestest way to prevent sexual transmittable diseases. But then again, this show was aired 13 years ago, they were stupid back then
