Just to play devil’s advocate, it could be argued that our attempts to expose hipocracy and indoctrination bring a desire to “manipulate cognition”, of course not in a malicious or devious manner.

Ultimately, I only decided to include ourselves after considering the inherent bias that propaganda contains – by very definition, naturally – and included ACP more out of a humble acknowledgement of said bias. Of course I doubt I’ll do it again, as comparing ACP to the Vatican is nauseating to say the least!

While I see what you mean, this site does not fit into the definition of propaganda. From Wikipedia:
