In a nutshell, it's the sanctity of life debate, revisited. What people should keep in mind are two things: How does one define life (1), and why life should be sacred (2). 1: a. When is a lump of cells no longer "a lump of cells", but rather, a human being with a right to live? b. What freedoms does a woman have in her own body? 2 (in these questions I already assumed life is sacred, which is very doubtful, but here goes): a. What life is "sacred"? Grass is life, and we don't feel very bad about mowing the lawn. b. Isn't the (emotional) life of the raped mother not also sacred? Would you have her raise a rape-conceived child? Ponder, you silly nuts!
