The bible is highly symbolic and itself tells us the it is not given for private interpretations, the bible must interpret the bible. The bible uses certain keywords in each verse that leads one to hidden meanings in other verses. There is a proper systematic approach to understanding the metaphors of the bible. It does not contradict itself when "rightly divided"according to scripture.
